Is Elmo Hot and Cold for Katy Perry?

If anyone is familiar with Katy Perry's "Hot and Cold" song, I think you're going to like this version. Basically, Katy went to Sesame Street to visit Elmo to play dress up. Apparently he told her that he wanted to play with her, but now he doesn't and has ran away, and now the fun begins....
