Near Death Experience Leads To Rural Dream Sequence

I had saw that this video was one of the most favorited so I decided to check it out. The title "Near Death Experience" was also a good enticement as well. It starts out with a scene where some guys are filming a chase sequence, and one guy accidentally hits the other guy with his car. The guy that got hit goes into a very interesting dream sequence featuring shooting off various guns in an empty field as if he was Rambo (he keeps his shirt on though) which leads into the guy grabbing a guitar, and jumping on to a motorcycle.
