Taco Bell Diet - Would You Like Some Chicken With Your Bacon?

I was looking for a video about weight loss, or at least the best weight loss pills on the market when I came across this video featuring a comedien discussing the Taco Bell diet. While the Taco Bell diet doesn't involve weight loss pills, it does make you wonder. Is it really a good idea to go on a diet that involves food you get in a drive through? Perhaps sticking with the weight loss pills might be a better way to go.
