21-year-old graduating from med school - CNN
Children have been known to develop interesting hobbies from chasing butterflies in the yard to testing gravity by jumping off the roof of a house with a cape tied around their neck. But almost every child, at one time or another, has taken up music lessons (by choice, or by force). One of the most popular instruments that children practice is the piano.
If you have ever practiced piano as a kid, you know how tough it can be. Going through musical scales, and trying to learn even the simplest piano pieces can be very difficult. That is, unless you are a child prodigy like Sho Yano. At the age of 9, Sho was an accomplished pianist wowing family, and friends alike. But the story doesn't end there. Sho went on to enter medical school at age 12, and by 21 he was able to become the youngest person in the history of the University of Chicago to graduate their medical school program.
Most of the people at the college seemed really nice, however he did have to endure taunts of "Go back to elementary school" when he first entered school. However, once he got into the main medical school program, people at the college seemed to be even more accepting on him. Sho was finally able to graduate, and now will start his residency in pediatric neurology.
