How to Put on a Wetsuit

Millions upon millions upon millions of people on a daily basis find major difficulty putting on a wetsuit (actually, I'm over exaggerating, but still many people have a problem doing this). Its understandable that people would find putting on their wetsuits rather challenging. There usually isn't a manual on how to put it on, and the wetsuit tends to be so tight that its rather difficult to put one on. If you are a triathlete who needs to use a wetsuit during a race, race day is not a good time to learn how to put one of these things on.

Fortunately, for those out there who needs pointers on how to put on a wetsuit, I found a video that shows you how to do just that. The instructions are very straight forward, and this method does not require you to oil yourself up first (thankfully). Enjoy!
