NMEDA - Helping Disabled People Help Themselves

The QAP is a recognized accreditation program for the mobility equipment industry, and NMEDA strives to show its strong position within the industry by having dealers that are accredited with this program. Having QAP accredited dealers means you get dealers that are knowledgeable in regards to the highest quality standards of vehicle modification and mobility equipment installation. This, in turn, ensures better service for people with disabilities.

Another interesting fact about NMEDA is that they do not sell anything. They are there to help people with a buying decision, but that's it. This company also realizes that since no two people with a disability are exactly alike, then it's not practical, nor is it ethical to sell the same type of equipment to everyone. Each person needs to have a consultation to figure out what their exact needs are.

NMEDA works diligently to help those that need to be able to drive, get their freedom and mobility back again. It can be very difficult for a caregiver if they not only have to take care of a disabled person, but also have to drive them from place to place. NMEDA can help to educate disabled people on ways to improve their mobility in order to make life easier, and much more fulfilling.
